In order to qualify for a wholesale account you will need to fax or e-mail your business license, Federal Tax ID, and State Resale License. Please first create an account through our website, and when you fax or e-mail the qualifying documents, make a memo of your account name so that we can go in and change it to a wholesale account.

Wholesale Terms and Definitions: Wholesale customers are resellers selected by Just Cooler to purchase merchandise at a discount.

Payment Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Check (excluding personal checks), and Money Order. Do not pay through our checkout as it is designed for retail customers.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders by fax, or by e-mail in PDF format.

For Every Order: Include this information on your purchase order:
1) identify yourself as a wholesale customer
2) payment method
3) shipping method and account number
4) any special questions, comments, or requests you might have.

Minimums: There are minimums to qualify for wholesale pricing, and they vary by product. When you are signed into our website through your wholesale account, you will be able to view the discounts based on your quantity.

Shipping and Insurance: All wholesale orders are shipped with your account number with your preferred shipping courier. Any chargebacks or fees incurred due to inaccurate account information provided will be billed to you.

Free Shipping and Sales: Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping or retail advertised sales and promotions.

Refunds and Exchanges: Items damaged in shipping are reimbursed through the courier's insurance. If you or your customers receive a defective item, it falls under our one year warranty based on the date you receive your order. Contact us at returns@justcoolerfans.com with any questions.

Exclusive Distribution: If you notice a new item on our web site before it hits other stores and would like a temporary exclusive to gain initial sales, let us know and we'll arrange it for you. On most items, the minimum is 10,000 pieces.

Checkout Notice: Our website is wired mostly for retail customers. You may use the website to view wholesale prices and calculate your total, but please do not complete checkout because it will charge you for shipping.

To place an order after you have been approved for a wholesale account:
Submit a purchase order to us via fax (310-382-2078) or e-mail (orders@justcoolerfans.com). If you e-mail your purchase order, please make sure it is in PDF format.
